Team

We have a team of five Course Leaders and Consultants with specialist skills and work with clients across the UK. Our Course Leaders have all held senior position in sales, marketing, customer service or finance and as a result our training is based on real life experiences and is practical and easy to apply in the workplace. Our programmes are constantly updated to reflect the ever changing workplace including the use of technology.

Nigel Randall

 

Nigel is a business consultant and trainer with an excellent track record in developing people and profitable business. He began his working life as a Field Sales Representative in advertising and publishing and progressed to three Sales & Marketing Director roles in print, IT and waste management. He was responsible for all the Vendor partner programmes at a major IT reseller and fully understands selling through complex UK and European multi-level channels.

Adrian Woodstock

 

Adrian has 20 years of experience in senior management and director roles in UK, corporate and European operations within software and professional services. Most notably he spent 12 years at JBA International plc (now Infor), a UK business that became a top 5 global REP vendor where he took the lead in turning underperforming business units into growing and profitable divisions. His industry experience includes IT, technology, drinks, retail, distribution and logistics

Ron Mundy

Ron is an experienced trainer and public speaker known for his energetic, humorous and inspirational presentations filled with personal stories and anecdotes. He is an original and innovative thinker, who combines intuition and logic and can simplify the most complicated concept. As well as being an expert trainer he has also held senior level sales and marketing positions in global organisations.

Phil Jesson

Phil started his career as a 20 year-old Army officer. His move to sales and marketing was "second-nature as the same four strategies applied – offence, defence, alliance and deterrence." He ran Rentokil’s sales and service operations in London and launched a new UK publishing company for the German media giant, Bertelsmann before joining the Swedish consultancy, Mercuri International.

Simon Kelly

 

After a sales and marketing career in aerospace, electronics and banking, Simon Kelly now works as a consultant, facilitator and trainer with the sole aim of helping leaders and management teams effectively turn strategy into action by developing their commercial, financial and strategic leadership skills and understanding.
