All our coaching programmes are designed to suit individual needs. 1 to 1 coaching is becoming more and more popular and provides a real opportunity for an individual to develop within their existing role or towards a new role.
1 to 1 coaching programmes are available in each discipline - sales, leadership, and customer service. They are totally customised to suit the needs of the individual and we work to pre-agreed and specific goals and targets.
How it works
1 to 1 coaching programmes offers total flexibility in terms of timings, subject matter and frequency and length of sessions. The objectives for the individual and the business are pre-agreed as is the process for measuring success. Sessions take place in-house or off site and at times to suit the delegate. Contact between the session's plays an important role as the delegate and coach work together to achieve the pre-agreed goals.
All coaching programmes provide for regular review meetings with the Line Manager and other selected senior managers on your learnings, your progress and achievements, your working plan and your goals for the future.

The programme starts with a personality profile and the creation of knowledge and skills profile so we can plan our work together and track progress. We work with you on core leadership skills including planning and organisation, communication skills, motivation techniques, leadership styles, delegation and dealing with difficult team members>
