About Open Courses

Objectives

Whilst our open programmes by their nature will be generic, as much as possible we will flex our programmes to try and accommodate any common issues or subjects the group wish to focus on.

Style

All our Course Directors work with a relaxed inclusive style that encourages input from the whole group irrespective of experience. Many of our delegates are concerned about the use of role plays so we avoid them unless the situation demands them and the participates are comfortable.

Materials

Materials are designed to be relevant, interesting and simple to use and digest. Each delegate will receive a workshop manual and will leave with their own plan of action to use within their workplace.

Certificates

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance electronically with 7 days of attending the programme.

Follow Ups

A follow up meeting with the delegate and/or relevant line management is offered to all our attendees. The purpose of the meeting is to see how the learning can be fully incorporated into the business on a longer term basis.

Unlimited Ongoing Support

After your workshop your Course Leader will be available for you to contact at any time to discuss elements from the programme or any other needs you may have. We actively encourage you to keep in contact and for our Course Leaders to be equally proactive in maintaining the working relationship.
