What you will learn

You will learn the importance of planning, proper research and how to prepare for every call to maximise your results.  We work with you to improve your telephone manner and voice tone and share tips and techniques for working with the gatekeepers.  We show you how to intoduce the call and develop your questioning and listening skills to really understand the needs of each customer or prospect.  We demonstrate how to see things from the customers viewpoint and show you how to adapt your approach to bring greater success.

You will also learn how to deal with common objections such as "I haven't got the time", We have no budget", "Im not interested" and we develop your closing techniques to improve your success rate.  Our telephone training programme will quip you with all the skills needed for successful telesales and you will leave with increased confidence, less fear of rejection and a plan to ensure your future sucess
